Afmetingen
De dumbbell is op 3kg 200mm en op 28kg 405mm. De schijven hebben een diameter van 180mm. De schijven zijn gemaakt van gietijzer. De dumbbell versteld soepen en het mechanisme in de dumbbell werkt eenvoudig. Het wordt afgeraden om de dumbbell te laten vallen.
