Dimensions
The dumbbell is 200mm at 3kg and 405mm at 28kg. The plates have a diameter of 180mm. The plates are made of cast iron. The dumbbell adjusts smoothly and the mechanism in the dumbbell works simply. It is not recommended to drop the dumbbell.
